❤︎ Lưu ý: Deadline có thể lâu hơn hoặc nhanh hơn so với TOS tuỳ thuộc vào số lượng đặt comm. Nếu có phát sinh trong lúc giao dịch artist sẽ thông báo sau!❤︎ 1 slot = 2 tranh
❤︎ Những trường hợp artist sẽ không nhận commission: Người già, vibe tranh tối/trầm, robot, furry, yêu cầu vượt quá khả năng,…
❤︎ Sửa comm:
Sửa sketch -> full không quá 5 lần, bắt đầu tính phí từ lần thứ 6 trở đi. 1 lần + 10.000 (Trừ khi lỗi nằm ở artist | Áp dụng cho 1 slot)
Comm Gacha không được phép sửa, chỉ được sửa nếu artist vẽ sai details.❤︎ Commission private:
Không thu phí nếu muốn artist giữ private từ 2 tuần trở xuống.
+ 30% tổng giá trị comm nếu muốn artist giữ private từ 1 tháng trở xuống kể từ khi hoàn thành.
+ 50% nếu muốn artist hoàn toàn giữ private không đăng kể từ khi hoàn thành.❤︎ Background: 0 - 1,200,000 (Background mặc định không mất phí.)
❤︎ Details: Tuỳ theo mỗi character từ 0 - 1,500,000. (Giá details và background được tính theo giá trị % của mức giá tối đa.)
❤︎ Commission thương mại: x 3 giá gốc
❤︎ Thêm character: + 100% giá gốc ( Tối đa 3 character.)
❤︎ Thêm chibi/doll: 150,000❤︎ Phương thức thanh toán: Chuyển khoảnChuyển khoản 30% ngay sau khi nhận slot
Chuyển khoản tiếp 40% ngay sau khi nhận sketch
Chuyển khoản tiếp full ngay sau khi nhận sketch color
Đối với slot waitlist, cọc trc 30% trước thời điểm bắt đầu vẽ.
Đối với slot gacha, chuyển khoản full trước thời điểm bắt đầu vẽ.Trong trường hợp trễ hạn ck quá 2 lần sẽ phải thêm phí phạt 20,000/tuần.❤︎ Huỷ commisson:Từ sketch thô: không được refund lại 30% tổng số tiền ban đầu, artist sẽ lấy nó là phí sketch.Từ sketch sạch: không được refund lại 50% tổng số tiền ban đầu.Từ sketch color: không được refund lại 70% tổng số tiền ban đầu.Không thể huỷ commission từ bước render.Có quyền huỷ commission nếu artist có thái độ thiếu tôn trọng, nhây commission. Artist sẽ refund toàn bộ số tiền trong trường hợp này.
Khi khách đơn phương muốn huỷ comm, bắt buộc phải nhượng được slot cho 1 người khác và hỏi ý kiến artist để thương lượng trước khi nhượng. Nếu slot không được nhượng được thì slot vẫn thuộc về khách.
Trong trường hợp không nhượng được slot nhưng khách vẫn muốn huỷ comm sẽ phải đền bù 100,000.❤︎ Artist có quyền huỷ comm khi:Kể từ khi nhận slot, khách không gửi brief trong 48h.
Kể từ khi chốt brief, khách không chuyển tiền trong 48h.
Khách không phản hồi tin nhắn sau 48h.
Khách có ý muốn ép giá.

No additional fee if you wish to keep the artwork private for up to 2 weeks.+30% of the total commission price if you wish to keep the artwork private for up to 1 month after completion.+50% if you wish for the artwork to remain permanently private and never be posted after completion.❤︎ Background: $0 – $55.00 (Simple/default backgrounds are free.)❤︎ Details: Depending on each character, $0 – $66.00.
